01
Measure the item and the route
Share dimensions, photos and the pickup location. Check the full path into the destination, including doors, hallway turns, stairs and elevators. Let us know if the item is especially heavy or needs disassembly.
02
Coordinate a ready-to-go pickup
Confirm the seller or store’s collection hours, release requirements and loading access. Someone must be available to release the item and receive it at delivery. Tell Frontier about restricted time slots when requesting the quote.
03
Be specific about the finish line
Clarify the destination room and whether you need assembly, packaging removal or another service. These tasks are included only when agreed. Ask about old-item removal separately rather than assuming it comes with delivery.
04
Prepare appliances before handling
Check the manufacturer’s transport instructions and arrange appropriate disconnection and reconnection. Confirm responsibility for these tasks in advance; appliance transport does not automatically include plumbing, gas or electrical work.
